I got hacked into my Wordpress blog, so I'm temporarily down.
I'm glad, however, that I have this blog... http://ayellowjournal.blogspot.com
from blogspot /Google!
Who would have known that it's good to have two blogs?!
This was my very first, original blog, while I had a professionally
built out blog made for my business.
I will, however, recommend from now on that everyone begin with
a blog on Blogspot.
The advantages to a blog on blogspot are:
l. It's free. (Very good reason)
2. It's a place to begin your 'hub' presence on the
internet, and get your 'feet wet.' You actually do feel
rather vunerable at first as you begin blogging... thoughts
like, "What do I write about NOW?" actually run through
your mind.
3. Once you do have a Wordpress.org blog created, the little
blog you started out with can have forwarding links directed
to your main blog... and this is called in the SEO world, "LINK
JUICE."
Why do you need Link Juice? The link, or 'backlink' to your
blog will help the new blog become noticed by Google, so you
can get 'traffic' to your site. This give the new blog
strength and power. Of course, the traffic is
what all business owners want so they can meet other people's
needs, and ultimately you get paid in the process of helping others.
I've made my mistakes on my blog, (like lose content by hitting
the wrong button...which everyone probably does too), but
probably the biggest 'mistake' was that I didn't keyword research
for the right term, or niche for my target market....
but you know, that's how you learn.
You shake your head, you may laugh or cry, and then you just move on.
So many times I have heard other peers in network marketing say
about blogging and and writing articles to, "Just get it out there;
there is no perfect."
"Make adjustments as you go along."
So you do just that... whether the blog is search engine optimized or not.
We all figure it out...eventually...!
So I just want to encourage you to keep moving forward....
And if you're looking for http://meetdorishullett.com ... guess what?
You'll find me here at http://ayellowjournal.blogspot.com while we
find the vunerabilities of my other blog. It may take a day, or a couple
more. Who knows?
Oh, and by the way, since I had made the discovery of keyword importance,
I decided to create an additional URL from GoDaddy entitled
http://Entrepreneur-Options.com . So I do use that link to send
traffic to my yellow journal.
That was a way to clarify what the blog is really about:
being an Entrepreneur, home based business, MLM, and working from home.
I've had people ask, "What are you about?" or "What is it that you do?"
All of the above.
Business, empowering entrepreneurs for home business, and providing
options as an Entrepreneur.
Of course there are many other options, but these are a few of
the topics I cover for anyone looking for more information
on creating income from home.
So, I wish you an awesome day!
And be careful about getting blog hacked!
